1-    If you want to advertise on www.artzelphotography.com (other name www.artzel.com) photo site (hereinafter referred to as ARTZEL) the given ads must be strictly proper to the following rules.

2-    That all legal responsibility in this regard, the law against selling products or services belonging to persons or organizations, and the owner of ads have been deemed as read and accept all these rules.

3-    Advertising of all kind of products or services is prohibited that given below. 

       - Illegal, erotic, pornographic, obscene,

       - Insulting, political or discriminatory expressions containing,

       - All private news, photos, phone numbers, e-mail, address, e-mail lists, financial records, identification records which are violates the rights of persons according to the Turkish Republic legislation,

       - Copy and illegal reproductions,

       - Buying-selling of products that subject to government permission and importing of product that prohibited by government,

       - Military equipments, military maps, any equipment, tools and/or products that may endanger the security of the country,

       - Buying-selling of any kind of cutter, piercing, explosive, inflammable productions, weapons, knife, etc. even if featured as a collections,

       - Any kind of products containing tobacco and alcohol,

       - Any kind of materials for attack in the web environment, cracking software programs, passwords and cracks/patchs,

       - Keeping and selling of any kind of product, organ, chemical or opiate materials, services that prohibited by Law of Turkish Republic.

4-    Any kind of advertising, containing “earn quick money” expressions, linking to the vying web sites, won't be accepted.

5-    Giving link to the irrelevant sites regarding advertising content and content transfers won't be done.

6-    According to "Literary and Artistic Works Law", using of photos or products on advertising area is a crime and won't be accepted.

7-    In the case that even advertised site will be canged wiev, point of wiev or etc.  as such as one of above mentioned situaions after been published, ARTZEL have right to cancel related publishing unilaterally and is superior to the criminal complaint to the authorities, without any pay back.

8-    Unique responsible from content of advertising, production, services and/or site links is advertising giver.  ARTZEL assume that all knowlodge given by advertising giver is true.

9-    ARTZEL wouldn't be responsible directly and/or indirectly against to the third parties and/or any lawsuit open by third parties regarding being defective of subjected production an services,  missed, default and/or relative loss caused by advertising. Unique responsible of advertising and content of advertising regarding commercial, moral, tax and royality is advertising giver.

10-    Only given advertising will be published on the rental area, cycling advertising will not been done.

11-    There is no restriction on publishing, advertising will be on air as 7/24 (except maintanence of site or server, and force major and/or compulsory situations caused by server).

12-    In the case of unexpected interruption will exceed 24 hours continuously, advertising period will be extended as long as interruption.

13-    If advertising period wouldn't be extended, publishing of advertising will be cancelled after related period automaticly.

14-    Extention requests have to be delivered to ARTZEL before 15 days of contractual period. On the contrary, ARTZEL won't be responsible publishing another advertising at the same place.

15-    Advertising giver have a right to cancel advertising contract regarding any reasons unilaterally. In that case, there won't be any pay back for rest of advertising period.

16-    Both side must conform to the principle of confidentiality, except research and investigations will be done by governmental agencies.

17-    Advertising areas and fees fiven below.
 
18-    VAT and projection fees are not included to main fees.

19-    In the case of agreed on advertising, "ARTZEL Advertising Contract" sign between ARTZEL and Advertising Giver.
